  • Average Sales Price: $303,768 = 1.8% lower than August and 11.9% higher than one year ago
  • Average days on the Market: 88 Days = 3.5% higher than August and 3.297% lower than one year ago

Detached Homes

  • Total Sales Volume: $954,014,419 = 20.57% lower than August and 14.89% higher than one year ago
  • Average Sales Price: $505,304= 5.345% lower than August and 4.79% higher than one year ago
  • Average days on the Market: 76 Days = 1.33% higher than August and 6.17% lower than one year ago

  • Housing Affordability Index: 51% = 5.0% lower since July and the same as one year ago
