  • Average Sales Price: $309,342 = 7.42% higher than July and 11.36% higher than one year ago
  • Average days on the Market: 85 Days = 3.41% lower than July and 7.61% lower than one year ago

 

Detached Homes

  • Total Sales Volume: $1,201,137,190 = 15.85% higher than July and 39.53% higher than one year ago
  • Average Sales Price: $533,839 = 6.17% higher than July and 9.58% higher than one year ago
  • Average days on the Market: 75 Days = 5.06% lower than July and 7.41% lower than one year ago

  • Housing Affordability Index: 51% = 5.0% lower since June and the same as one year ago
