11th College Neighborhoods Home Tour

The College Neighborhoods Foundation (CNF) is proud to coordinate the 11th College Neighborhoods Home featuring the historic community of Rolando.

This year’s tour focuses on the eclectic architecture of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s, unique subdivision design, and traditional and contemporary décor. The homeowner participants graciously open their homes and gardens for one day only to allow guests to view outstanding décors, colorful landscaping, faithful preservations or elegant remodels.

The Home Tour is self-guided. Included with admission is a program packed with historical, architectural, and design highlights. Ticket holders may walk or drive from home to home. Ticket sales are limited and have sold out in years past. This is a one day only event.
