•  Median Home Price 1.8% higher than November and 6.2% lower than one year ago
•  Median Days on the Market = 58.7 Days: 3.7% higher than November and 1.2% higher than one year ago
•  Housing Affordability Index = 52%:  Up 1% since November and 6.0% higher than one year ago

Attached Homes

•  Total Sales Volume 27.56% lower than December and 2.57% lower than one year ago
• Median Sales Price 2.43% higher than December and  5.00% higher than one year ago
• Average days on the Market = 108 Days:  1.88% higher than December and 8% higher than one year ago

Detached Homes

•     Total Sales Volume 26.9% lower than December and 12.57% higher than one year ago
•     Median Sales Price 1.69% lower than December and 5.35% lower than one year ago
•     Average days on the Market = 95 Days: 1.042% lower than December and 5.555%  higher than one year ago
