Join me Saturday, October 22nd from 10 AM – 4 PM for the American Society of Interior Designer’s (ASID) fabulous kitchen tour! What an excellent opportunity this is to see actual installations and speak to design experts in a casual setting.
The kitchens represent a variety of up-to-the-minute design styles and projects range from expansive great room renovations to cost-conscious tract home remodels. The designers show how to transform dated, dark and inefficient areas into open, spacious and multifunctional show places. These kitchens display the latest trends in sustainability, space planning, appliances, surfaces, and storage solutions.
There are 14 tour sites however that is a lot of kitchens so we will focus on the most centrally located sites of Tierrasanta, Kensington, Del Cerro, College area, Point Loma, Bay Park, La Jolla. We will meet at my office and leave promptly at 10 AM, grab a bit of lunch after looking at a few kitchens and then round out the afternoon with the rest of the kitchens on our tour. If you want to see a kitchen we aren’t visiting feel free to pop in before or after we are done (the tours start at 9 AM and end at 5 PM).
Ticket prices will be $20 each if three other people join me and only $15 if we have 10 or more people. Please respond by Thursday, October 20th and I will purchase the tickets on Friday- you can reimburse me the morning of the event.
